The slitting technology accurately cuts a metal strip into several narrow strips simultaneously.

WIRE FLATTENING MILLS

Wire Flattening Mills typically feature variable speed & common custom tandem line availability.
These are designed to produce square , rectangular wires or wires with contoured cross sections and complex profiles.
The wire is flattened or shaped by drawing it through rolls or a die .
Enerdyne Engineers offers single stand , 2 stand or three stand tandem mills for ferrous & non ferrous materials.
Depending on the customers application , more stands and additional features can be added and used in the form of terminal equipments which include drawing blocks , edgers , pay offs & spoolers.

SKIVING LINES
The skiving technology is developed specifically to perform skiving operations, where the edge of the strip is accurately beveled .
These are designed to use precision profiled slotted combination tools to render quality surface finish to the product.
Design & accuracy during the process of manufacturing requires the expertise on this technology.

STRAPPING LINES
Steel strapping process represents production of straps used for bundling & packaging items for storage and transport.
